Ali

Program Manager

Maryum Ali is a dedicated public servant with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ursuline College. Her journey in public service began as a child protective social worker, leading to roles as an Ombudsman, Investigator, and Program Coordinator for the City of Cleveland. With a deep-seated belief in the importance of serving others, Maryum views public service as her true calling.

As a mother of young adult sons, Maryum intimately understands the highs and lows of parenthood. Her experience navigating these challenges fuels her passion for supporting families. Joining the Family Success Network is a natural fit for Maryum, as its non-judgmental and supportive approach resonates deeply with her person-centered principles of assistance. She is excited to contribute her expertise to a program that embodies what genuine help should entail.

Adrianne Thomas

Family Coach

Adrianne Thomas is proud to join the Family Success Network and looks forward to helping serve the community. She has a wealth of experience working with individuals and organizations to ensure that everyone's needs are met and they are given access to the resources they need. She is passionate about empowering and celebrating people with differences and is dedicated to upholding the principles of respect and inclusion. Her passion for helping the vulnerable and under-resourced population fuel her commitment to providing meaningful service.


Marie
Tables

Family Coach

Marie began working with families at the West Side Catholic Center over 27 years ago, working with the families in the shelter setting. She became a Family Coach working with the families in the shelter, WSCC ZHS housing program and within the community. Her background includes working with the Mom’s First Program and the Help Me Grow program doing home visiting with the families in child development and prevention services. While working as a Family Coach, Marie was able to make sure the children were enrolled in school and provide referrals and services to the families in need, while also implementing the Building Blocks program, working with parents with children birth to 5.

Marie believes that every family has a story to tell and her job is to help them to express and encourage them to reach their goals as a unit!


Dana


Donegan

Family Coach

Dana has worked for Westside Catholic Center for 11 years as lead shelter advocate, family coach for the Family Engagement program and now looks forward to working as a family coach for the Family Success Network.

Dana has assisted families through their transition from homelessness to becoming successful, independent members of society. She believes that meeting families where they are and providing support, encouragement, and the resources needed, will enable them to acquire the goals they have set for themselves.
